Roman Ogonkov, CEO, Chairman of the Management Board.

Roman graduated from the Moscow State Institute for International Relations in 1996,, majoring in international economic relations and receiving a summa cum laude diploma. From 1996 to 1999 he worked at his postgraduate degree at Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

He joined the team of NIKoil IBG bank in 1999, where he held various executive positions in the Factoring Department. Following the decision to separate the factoring business of NIKoil IBG bank into a specialized factoring company, in 2004 he was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of NFC. In April 2009 Roman was appointed as CEO and Chirman of the Management Board.

Ella Skaletskaya, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Ella graduated cum laude from college No. 81, majoring in banking operations (1994). In 1999, she graduated from the Russian Financial and Economic Institute, majoring in finance and credit. In 2002, she graduated from the University of the Russian Education Academy, majoring in law.

She has been working at NIKoil IBG Bank since 1999. Since January 2004, she has been Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Engaged in banking in the area of finance and accounting since 1997, in the area of factoring since 1999.

Dmitry Baryshnikov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Dmitry graduated in 1998 from the Financial Academy of The Government of the Russian Federation1998 (summa cum laude).

Since 1996, Dmitry held various senior positions in the finance and accounting departments of MENATEP Bank, Investment Banking Corporation and Rosbank. He joined the team of NFC in 2004. In 2007 Dmitry was appointed Chief Accountant of NFC. In 2010 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. Dmitry is responsible for financial planning and controlling, taxation, financial logistics, as well as for interaction with regulating authorities and auditors.

Stanislav Pushtorsky, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

In 1996, Stanislav graduated In 1996 from Moscow Consumer Cooperation University, majoring in finance and credit.

His professional career in banking began in 1997 at Rossiyskiy Kredit Bank. In September 1999, he joined the Factoring Department of NIKoil Investment Banking Group as a sales manager. Since November 2004, he has been Deputy of the Management Board of National Factoring Company.

At present, his area of responsibility covers work with foreign investors to organize funding for NFC’s operations, as well as development of cooperation with partner banks in joint commercial projects in the factoring market.

Corneliu Robu, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Corneliu graduated from the Moscow State Institute for International Relations (MGIMO) majoring in International Economic Relations (summa cum laude).

He started his factoring career in 2001 at the Factoring Department of NIKoil Investment Banking Group. In November 2004 he was appointed Head of International Business of National Factoring Company. In this position he was responsible for the management of the International Department of NFC, as well as for establishing several NFC subsidiares in the CIS region.

In March 2006 he was appointed Head of Underwriting. In July 2008 Corneliu was appointed Member of the Management Board of National Factoring Company, responsible for international business, marketing, PR and communications.

Corneliu has been a member of the IFG legal committee since 2003. In December 2009 he was appointed Chairman of the legal committee of IFG. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors of the Russian Factoring Association.
