Electronic Factoring

Electronic Factoring (hereinafter referred to as EF) is a system, which enables to transform a documents interchange between the client and factoring company into electronic form.

Factoring services are rendered based on documents in electronic form, documents on paper shall be submitted to NFC later (for example, within 2 weeks).

«Electronic Factoring» is a solution to:

  • reduce the time necessary to finance an invoice or render any other factoring service;
  • assign invoices without even leaving the office;
  • reduce cost of delivering original documents to the Factor’s office.

The system «Electronic Factoring» may be integrated with your information system (for example, 1Ñ). «Electronic Factoring» may be used by all affiliates of your company irrespective of how far they are located from NFC’s offices.

How does EF work?

A representative of your company submits an electronic form of one of the documents: "New invoice", "New debtor", "Credit Note", "Direct payment". After the information has been checked, the electronic document is signed by means of an electronic analogue of signature, which has the identical legal effect of a handwritten signature. After the document is signed, the information authenticity shall be examined through the system «Electronic factoring». Should the document examination be successful, the document shall be automatically registered in NFC internal system for further processing.

Documents in «Electronic factoring» can be submitted in the following way:

  • Manually, while filling in several fields of a form for each document;
  • Submitting an invoice register, which has been initially exported from your accounting system (for example, 1Ñ).

The Internet-browser Internet Explorer of version 6.0 and above needs to be installed in your computer to use “Electronic Factoring”.
